Fall in Love with Snazzy Comfort!

First, let's take a peek at some truly unique pieces from Aryn K... First, a blazer that can go just about anywhere and make a statement - without being too over the top, and while still providing a level of comfort I dare you to find from any other traditional blazer. The gold chain detail is soooo sharp; hello pizazz!

And, this, my friends, may be one of my favorite sweaters of the season. Its got all the attributes I love, especially for Fall; softness, unusual cowl neckline, contrasting fabrics (neckline & trim vs. body), and an "it" color combo (charcoal & dark taupe)!

Next up, Loveappella! We being with this wrap, which is an easy solution for any of you who have been feeling stuck in a rut with the same old cardigans. Perfect for the office or the weekend, and so comfortable you'll feel like you're wearing your favorite hoodie. I've paired it here with one of the new jewelry arrivals from Mata traders - I love the pop of color and asymmetrical design!

Success for a Cause!

Last Friday's Cocktails for a Cause (10% For 10%) was a great success! First off, a HUGE shout-out to our friends at LuLu's Sweet Shoppe for providing yummy cupcakes, complete with pink ribbons!

And, of course, many thanks to all you FLY girls who came out for a fun night to help support the fight against breast cancer. It meant a lot to us and to our FLY Fave who will be one of hundreds doing the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer! Here are some pics of a few of the party-goers, sporting some of our favorite lines (Alternative burn-out tee, Hazel trench, and DeLux hat):

How fortuitous that I chose this week's mani-pedi to return to one of my absolute favorite fall nail colors, Metro Chic (from Sephora by OPI)?!?

This fabulous smoky grey polish, with a hint of brownish-purple, is right on point with the color palette seen in the newest arrivals here at the Fly! Many shades of pewter, charcoal, and taupe popped up recently, along side chocolate brown and cream - combos that scream fall and cozy (not to mention being great neutrals to pair with almost any color under the sun)!

First up, new styles from Angie :) These three sweater dresses are perfect for this fall weather! They're great paired with leggings or skinny jeans and topped with warm-toned accessories and jewelry. We love Angie's ability to evoke your boho side at reasonable prices, and these pieces are no exception...

Next, this sweater from New Orleans based, Lia Molly. It is unique, flattering, and comfy, to boot! This is a great use of the featured color palette, too; it is a bit of a statement print without coming off as 'too much. 'I also have to share a view of the back, because I just loooove these details; multi-color zipper with chocolate brown leather pull:
