Plastic Dreams!

I can only think of about 2 other times in my buying career where I have been as excited as this to get in a new line. When I walked into the Melissa shoe booth last week at Coterie I literally couldn't contain myself. I mean, can you blame me? Look at this stuff. This is an actual, wearable shoe made entirely out of PLASTIC! Yes, plastic... reminiscent of your childhood jelly shoes. It looks good enough to eat! It attacked all of my senses, but it was a visual overload! This Brazilian designer has also teamed up with the likes of Vivienne Westwood (as seen above) & Alexandre Herchcovitch to create these wearable works of art. We ordered the ultra cool lace ballet shoe in nude and black to get you FLY girls started. I am currently counting the days until they are due in store. Exactly 78...
